Our WordPress websites start from $2,500 for the Starter package (up to 5 pages), $4,500 for Professional (up to 10 pages, blog, and one integration), and $7,500 for Business (10+ pages with online store or booking system). All prices are in AUD. Final pricing is confirmed in your proposal after we understand the full scope of your project. Payment plans are available on request.
Most projects take 3–6 weeks from deposit to launch. The timeline depends largely on how quickly you can provide your content, images, and feedback at each stage. Our process is designed to move fast — you’re never waiting on us. The biggest delays are usually waiting for assets to come through from clients.

Website builders like Squarespace and Wix lock you into their ecosystem, limit what you can customise, and can change their pricing or features at any time. Yes. WordPress has one of the most user-friendly editing experiences available. You’ll receive recorded walkthrough videos of your finished website at handover, plus access to our knowledge centre. You’ll be able to update text, swap images, publish blog posts, and manage basic content without needing to call us or a developer. For bigger changes, our care plans include a monthly allocation of website adjustments.
Yes. We offer monthly care plans from $59/month that include managed hosting, SSL, daily backups, security scanning, and automatic WordPress and plugin updates. Higher-tier plans (from $99/month) add uptime monitoring, a monthly allocation of website adjustments, and — on our Premium plan — a monthly performance report delivered to your inbox.
You provide your logo, photos, and any existing content or copy you want to use. We handle the rest — including AI-assisted copywriting for your pages, which you review and approve before anything goes live. We never launch with placeholder text. If you don’t have professional photos, we can discuss options in your proposal.
We primarily serve businesses in the Whitsunday and Mackay regions of Queensland, though we do take on select projects outside the area. Because everything is handled via email, location is never a practical barrier — we’ve worked with clients in New Zealand, America, Brisbane, and beyond.
