No website.
No foot in the door.
We fixed that.

Ryan Building Group had the runs on the board. Commercial builds, industrial fitouts, residential renovations across the Whitsundays. What they didn’t have was a website. That was costing them work.

The Client

A licensed builder ready to compete for bigger work.

Ryan Building Group is a QBCC-licensed commercial and residential builder based in the Whitsundays. They’ve completed commercial fitouts, water treatment infrastructure, industrial builds, and residential renovations across the region and interstate. The capability was there. The digital presence wasn’t.

Commercial clients, developers, and procurement teams do their homework before they call. Without a website, RBG was invisible at the exact moment a decision was being made.

A.

No online presence

No website meant no way for commercial clients, councils, or developers to verify RBG’s experience and licensing before making contact.

B.

Two audiences, one site

The site needed to speak to homeowners wanting a renovation and commercial clients assessing a builder for tender, without diluting either message.

C.

Proof sitting idle

Years of completed commercial projects, industrial fitouts, and interstate builds had nowhere to live. All that credibility was invisible.

The Problem

Commercial work needs proof.

When a developer or project manager is deciding which builder to shortlist, they search. They check websites. They look at past work. RBG had plenty of past work. They had nowhere to show it.
A builder’s website isn’t a brochure. For a commercial client deciding who to trust with a tender, it’s the first piece of evidence they see.

The Solution

A site structured around how builders actually win work.

Six pages. Clean structure. Everything a commercial client or homeowner needs to make a decision, with nothing in the way.

What We Built

Six pages. Every one doing a job.

We built RBG a Starter website from the ground up, structured around the three service lines that drive their business, plus a Projects gallery they manage themselves as new work wraps up.

01

Commercial page

Dedicated page for commercial clients covering project scope, past work, licensing credentials, and a direct enquiry path. Written to speak to procurement teams, not just homeowners.

02

Residential + Renovations pages

Separate service pages so homeowners get the right conversation. Clear scope, local trust signals, and a form that captures the right details upfront.

03

Self-managed Projects gallery

A filterable gallery RBG updates themselves as new projects wrap up. Commercial, Residential, Renovations and Shop Fitting. No developer needed, ever.

Proof, Not Promises

The kind of projects that get you shortlisted.

he Projects gallery now does the convincing for RBG. Commercial clients don’t have to take their word for it. They can see the work, filter by project type, and make a call.

  • Water Treatment PlantCommercial / Industrial
  • Office & Industrial Work Space – WACommercial / Interstate
  • Bottle Shop FitoutCommercial / Shop Fitting

Every new project added to the gallery is more proof. The site gets stronger the longer RBG keeps using it.

The Results

222+ enquiries. And still going.

RBG launched in July 2022. That’s not a recent spike. It’s nearly four years of consistent enquiries across residential, renovation, and commercial work. The site keeps converting because it was built to.

Beyond Launch

Still looked after, every single month.

RBG’s on our Essentials care plan. Hosting, backups, security, plugin updates, all handled. They focus on running projects. We keep the website running.

As their project list grows, so does the gallery. Every new commercial build they complete adds to the proof. The site earns its keep.

Common questions

Builder website questions.

Thinking about a website for your building company? Here’s what most builders ask us first.

Builder websites start from $2,500 for a Starter site with core service pages and enquiry forms, like RBG’s. Sites with project galleries, commercial pages, and SEO start from $4,500. Every quote is fixed. No surprises. See our web design packages.
Yes. Commercial clients and procurement teams almost always check a builder’s website before making contact. A site that shows commercial project experience, licensing, and past work gives you credibility before the first conversation happens. RBG’s case is proof of that.
